Prioritising Mental Health and Wellbeing

At the London Academy for Applied Technology (LAAT), we are dedicated to fostering an environment that supports the mental health and overall wellbeing of our apprentices, staff, and partners. Recognising the importance of a healthy mind in achieving personal and professional success, we have implemented comprehensive wellbeing initiatives to ensure everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered.

Our Wellbeing Initiatives

  • Mental Health Support: We provide access to confidential counselling services and mental health resources to help individuals navigate personal challenges.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling and workload management are promoted to maintain a healthy balance between work, study, and personal life.
  • Physical Health Encouragement: We offer programmes and resources that encourage regular physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Community Building: Regular social events and group activities are organised to foster a sense of community and belonging.
